Wetnose Animal rescue Centre
Wet Nose Animal Rescue Centre was opened in April 1999 – July 1999, as a registered non-profit organisation devoted to the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of abandoned, abused and neglected animals.
Wet Nose has a Right to Life policy, which means that we do not put animals to sleep unless they are suffering and it is in the best interest of that animal. Instead, we love and care for each and every one of our over 500 animals until we find them a forever home; no matter how long it takes!
Wet Nose does all this without any government or municipal funding and survives on the generosity of the animal-loving public, as well as what we can generate through our own small ventures such as our shops, clinic, party venues etc. So, whether you donate, sponsor, make use of our clinic and shops or have a function or kiddies party at Wet Nose, you know your support is going straight to all our rescue “babies”.
